What is the maximum length of name that can be accommodated?
Our beautiful alphabet hardback covers can hold a maximum of 32 pages. Therefore, allowing for the customised opening and closing page of each encyclopaedia, the maximum number of letters that we can cater for is 30.
Will the same page be repeated if my child's name has more than one of the same letter in it?
No, we will never produce a book containing duplicated pages.
What happens if I have spelt the child’s name incorrectly?
Please make absolutely certain that you double and triple check the spelling of the child’s name before you submit your order as your encyclopaedia will be created around the name as you have provided it. Any alterations necessitate the creation of a completely new book which would have to be charged accordingly.
When will I receive my encyclopaedia?
All orders are fulfilled within 5 working days of receipt.
I don't live in the UK. Can you ship a book to me here in the United States and, if so, what will the shipping cost?
Absolutely! In fact, we even have a US version encyclopaedia which recognises the fact that some words are spelt differently in the USA (ladybug instead of ladybird, fall instead of autumn etc.) The current price for postage and packing to anywhere outside Europe is £9.81 whilst within Europe it is £5.36.
How will my encyclopaedia be despatched?
All books are sent by Royal Mail first class with a certificate of posting. We can arrange for guaranteed next day delivery by Royal Mail at the appropriate supplement. Please contact us for further information.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely. We utilise PayPal for our credit and debit card transactions which means you are 100% protected by their stringent security systems. Your credit or debit card’s details are not even seen by us! Click here for further information.
I want my child to learn all the letters of the alphabet, not just those in his own name!
Of course you do! Whilst the encyclopaedia has been designed to be personal to each individual child, we understand that there are 26 letters of the alphabet to be mastered! With this in mind, the final page of every encyclopaedia features one image representing each of the 26 letters of the alphabet.
